Pregnancy Cardio – YouTube Videos

Cardio doesn’t really appeal to me when I’m pregnant… Why? Because I feel like my pregnant life is a cardio half the time! But it is so important to do cardio throughout your pregnancy.  Not only does it decrease your chances of body aches and fatigue but it prepares your body for labor! And I am all about having an easier labor. I’ve uploaded some of my favorite pregnancy cardio videos. I hope you enjoy them! Remember you don’t ant to push yourself too hard. If you can’t talk or catch your breath then slow it down a bit or take a break. Also it’s a good idea to warm up before starting any exercise!

Here are some reasons why cardio is so important during pregnancy:

  2. Decrease chances of common body aches and fatigue
  3. Helps blood flow
  4. Magnifies flexibility
